The beginning of a project designed exclusively for you.

First meeting to deeply understand the client's needs, expectations and lifestyle. At this stage we align references, goals, the brief of needs, the estimated budget and the initial directions for the project.

Preliminary study

First ideas turned into architecture.

A conceptual phase in which the initial solutions for the project are developed, considering aesthetics, functionality, site placement and the integration of spaces. This is when the architecture begins to take shape.

Schematic design

Definition and refinement of the architectural proposal.

Development of the chosen solution, with deeper technical and aesthetic detailing. The project is refined to ensure functional coherence, comfort, proportion and complete alignment with the client's expectations.

Executive project

Technical precision for a safe execution that stays true to the project.

A detailed technical phase that brings together all the information needed for the correct execution of the build. The executive project ensures stronger coordination, construction clarity and fewer surprises during the work.

Construction oversight

Support and guidance after the project is complete and throughout the build.

After the project is delivered, I remain available for technical clarifications and periodic site oversight, ensuring greater safety, alignment and fidelity to the architectural solutions developed.
