- How long does a residential project take?
- On average, 3 to 6 months between the first meeting and the delivery of the full executive project, depending on the size of the house and the time taken to approve each stage.
- How does pricing work?
- It depends on square footage, level of detail and the contracted services (architecture, interiors, construction oversight). I send a formal proposal after the discovery call.
